These AutoPart Connect Terms & Conditions (updated February 2026) outline AutoPart Connect and your obligations and responsibilities on the AutoPart Connect Platform.

AutoPart Connect operates an online marketplace platform allowing Users to connect with Vendors (scrap companies and auto parts suppliers) who provide new and used auto parts.

Please read these terms and all Policies including our Policies & Fees page and our Privacy Policy carefully before using the AutoPart Connect Platform. These Policies are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

All currency references are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. AutoPart Connect is governed by the laws of Australia.
